Hackers, coders, musicians, esports enthusiasts, gamers, come join the Wallifornia MusicTech 2020 Virtual Music & Esports Hackathon July 3-9, all online! Build something innovative for the music and esports industries alongside artists, influencers, and industry mentors. Three days of preparation, team formation, challenge discussions, mentor sessions, then the hacking begins!

*** REMINDER: All projects must be built within the time frame of the Hackathon July 3-9. ***

*** Hackathon Schedule link on Resources Page ***

For esports and gaming, the challenges you’ll be tasked with are around building better systems for players with disabilities, better video capture for multiple stations, creating a point of view (POV) platform to be better able to see players reactions, and building a live production platform for “streamer’s” needs.

For Music, create a simple, user-friendly application for remote music writing sessions.

The specific challenge details are listed in the Resources section.

Not only is this a chance to put your skills to the test and learn something new, but you’ll also connect with a global community of like-minded developers, benefit from educational resources and be in the running to win some awesome prizes!
